AROMIQ FOODS ships all orders across India through our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
Shipping Timeframes

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (as displayed on the website)
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS
- You can track your order directly on the Shiprocket tracking portal: www.shiprocket.in
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within India only
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aromiqfoods@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will coordinate with Shiprocket to resolve the issue.
Delays AROMIQ FOODS is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather
- Public holidays
- Shiprocket or courier partner delays
